DESCRIPTION:Course Length: 8 hours\nCourse Description\nRed Dot Handgun is designed to provide students with information and skills specific to the usage of Red Dot Equipped Handguns.  Curriculum will cover all aspects of RDS handgun implementation including: Mounting, care, maintenance, zeroing and equipment selection.  Students will learn RDS handgun theory and will work through extensive repetitions to build competency with their platform.\nInstructional material covered\n\nFirearms safety\nConcepts / mindset\nRed Dot Sight options\nRDS handgun theory\nRDS handgun specific techniques\nRDS handgun zeroing\n\nRequired equipment\n\nHandgun with Red Dot Sight mounted (Loaner units available upon request)\nAt least 3 handgun magazines\nHolster and magazine pouches (At least one pistol pouch)\n\nHolster must attach to the belt and provide sufficient retention to prevent the firearm from falling out during moderate physical activity.
