DESCRIPTION:Professional Night Vision\n\n\n\nCourse Length: 8 hours\nCourse Description\nProfessional Night Vision is designed to focus on the manipulation of and practical application of NVG systems.  Curriculum will cover NVG and MFAL (Multifunction Aiming Laser) manipulation techniques as well as MFAL zeroing theory and techniques.  The course includes extensive manipulation and live fire range drills designed to build a solid foundation of competency in nolight environments.\nInstructional material covered\n\nFirearms safety\nConcepts / mindset\nMFAL zeroing\nNVG Searching techniques\nNVG Engagement techniques\nNVG / White light transitions\nPost engagement processes\n\nRequired equipment\n\nRifle with at least 3 magazines (Rifle must have a sling)\n\nRifle needs to be zeroed prior to the class\nMFAL (Multifunction Aiming Laser)\n\n\nRifle mounted light and sufficient batteries (Required)\nNight Vision Unit\n\nHelmet or skullcrusher with shroud\nNight vision mount and JArm\n\n\nHandgun with at least 3 magazines\nHolster and magazine pouches (At least one pistol pouch and one rifle pouch)\n\nHolster must attach to the belt and provide sufficient retention to prevent the firearm from falling out during moderate physical activity.
